Who may apply:
Disabled and/or terminally-ill children and youth may apply for EON hunts and outings. To do so, please complete and submit the application below:

Note: Final acceptance of each applicant is dependent on availabilty of EON funds and staffing at the time, If accepted, you will be notified by EON to provide letters of reference from medical, school and community personal that have firsthand knowledge about the applicant. A waiver form will also be required prior to official acceptance.
The Empowerment Outfitter Network (EON) is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that proudly serves disabled and terminally-ill children and youth through hunting and the outdoors.
